Internship & Analyst/Associate Development Program

We have an exciting Internship Program which gives students hands on experience in the real estate investment management business. During this six-eight week program, interns spend time understanding the complexities of the real estate investment process including capital raising, portfolio construction, deal sourcing and asset management.

In this program interns will:

  • Work alongside some of the most experienced real estate leaders in the industry
  • Complete a tangible output of their learnings through a capstone project presented to executives
  • Build close relationships with an assigned Black Creek Group mentor and other team members
  • Participate in Fireside Chats and Lunch & Learns with senior leaders throughout the firm

Interns that are hired into full time roles post-graduation will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training, development and mentorship opportunities.
